Various footpaths to the North and South of Stubton with long grass were reported to Lincolnshire County Council (initially SKDC) to be cut. One of the main reasons for the request, was to make the footpaths passable for hikers and reduce the risk of Lyme disease. A major vote of thanks goes to Andy Savage the Senior Countryside Officer from LCC for arranging the mowing and trimming for us!
NB: It goes without saying that Dyson Farms maintain their footpaths to an extremely high standard without request. I just wish dog owners would pick up after their dogs, as the faeces are a health hazard to young children.
